Horrible!
0 of 2 found this helpful This product was reasonably priced, but the posted arrival date was about three weeks away, which I thought was too long. When it arrived a week after THAT, I was already steaming.
It had been previously owned: it was labeled "Marc's iPod" and still had his songs on it. That meant it wouldn't accept MY songs. I had to go to the Apple store and spend two hours having them erase the former material and setting it up as my own. That's two hours in my life I can't get back.
You get what you pay for: lesson learned.
