Very quiet, pours well
I bought this as it's recommended by Which? and I was not disappointed. It pours really well and is very quiet. The styling is perhaps not what I would have preferred but having struggled with a noisy kettle where the water came over the top unless you poured it very slowly, this has been a godsend.

Neat trolley, easy to put together, lots of uses
I bought this to move plants around my crowded greenhouse. The instructions were OK except that it doesn't say which end to put the swivel wheels - logically it should be the handle end. It's not terribly manoeverable and could do with swivel wheels both ends. In the bottom tray the wheel bolts get in the way when it comes to putting pots plants in.
Two of the wheel bolts were missing but I just used three in one pair of wheels instead of four.

Useful printer, label design software a bit crude, Brother let themselves down
The design software is fiddly to use but you an save templates for future use once you've got it right. The quality of the printing is no better than their hand-held label printers but at least you don't waste a lot of blank label tape when printing. I haven't tried the app as I don't think that gives you many options in terms of design.
I paid significantly less than the retail price. However, be aware that you will almost certainly have to contact Brother in order to register for the guarantee as they block online registration after 6 months from their shipping date. Also, they tried to tell me that their 3-year guarantee is from the date of shipping, not the date of purchase. Yeah, right, try that one in court!
