NIKON D90 DSLR
20 of 21 found this helpful Owned D70, used D40 and D80. But D90 is a real leap forward.
D90 KILLER FEATURES - Motor drive in body allows use of brilliant but cheap prime lenses ie NIKKOR 50mm F1.8
Full access / use of Nikon creative light system, Ie sb600 flash works even when 40 ft away wirelessly, lens works out exposure etc and calculates flash requirement, As D90 uses own flash as COMMANDER MODE.
D40/D60 DONT HAVE THIS OR THE INTERNAL MOTOR, d70 had it BUT SMALL lcd AND POORER PICTURES OVERALL, EVEN POST PROCESSING DIDNT REACH QUITE THE LEVEL OF QUALITY YOU GET WITH A d90 With minimal effort. ISO Great at 800, 1600 ok , Pictures impress and well thought out menus, Ie You can select auto ISO but tell it a pre set limit not to go above.
In manual i can play with aperture and shutter speed and camera adjusts ISO to allow me to achieve the shot i want.
Overall best camera i have ever used.

UK version of Godox AD200 (Pika200)
Flash is 3x more powerful than my Nikon SB910, refreshes quicker and has option to fit a bare bulb which helps with flash modifiers fitted to an s type Bowen’s bracket. Robust, great barn door/filter kit and very good price.
