A Great Baking tool
A well deigned and produced machine which makes baking a pleasure. It does require its own pride of place in the kitchen however. We trust it will be as reliable as it looks. The guarantee gives confidence.

Swann DVR8-4580V Useful security system
The Swann CCTV system works reasonably well and represents value for money. Given that it is not the most expensive system do not expect it to be perfect. The set up will require some time to achieve coverage. The system is prone to false alarms and can also miss some basic pedestrian movement, it cannot be relied upon for total security. I have 30mins of video showing a spider spinning its web in front of a camera last night!
Camera angles can also affect night vision efficiency if too close to a wall. Adjusting angles, sensitivity, privacy zones and alarm zones will all take time and patience to get a good balance.
The apps and set up procedures take time to understand with different user controls on apps and DVR. The images are clear when connected directly by HDMI to TV but streamed images to phones or laptops are less reliable. Substream quality is usually required to give an idea of what is going on.
It is a good compromise that will hopefully provide years of service and reasonable peace of mind when away from home.
