Martha's baking handbook!

I have really enjoyed her cookbooks! The baking handbook is detailed with photos of how to make everything. Have made the coconut cream pie twice. Excited to make more from this book, and isn't that the purpose of her books; to motivate us to bake to please those we love 😊. We lived in Germany for 6 years and enjoyed the elegant poo pastries in the coffee shops and this book goes into detail how to make them. Have wanted to make the " nussshnecke" and found a recipe that comes really close!
