Yes for dermatitis. No for psoriasis

I've had dermatitis on my face for nearly two years and tried most available creams. This seemed to fix it within a week. No mess, no smell, non greasy. Tingles a bit first couple of times. I then tried it on my elbow psoriasis, but it made my skin fall off in sheets and they were really sore. Be careful what you do with it.
