Zeiss headset is unuseable.
I have no idea how the Zeiss universal tray works because I have tried everything and everywhere to get a replacement for the one that came with the original purchase. I have purchased two trays in hopes that they will fit but the don't. Thr universal tray available (for Samsung S6) does not fit like original tray did. I even ran across a "discontinued" for the original tray.
Is this true? If so then shame on Zeiss. My VR experience has been put on hold and I'm very annoyed. Can somebody explain or lead me to a source that can handle this what-should-be-simple task? I can't be the only person needing the proper original tray? Picture is all I could find. This is NOT a universal tray. One star.
