Not as shown in picture

I bought 2 of these specifically and only because the Thicker Formula was illustrated. When it arrived I find it is the ordinary formula. Extremely disappointed I eventually found in the tiny writing Terms and Conditions point 12. that images are for illustration purposes only which means I can't return, and wouldn't want to pay for the return anyway. If I'd wanted the ordinary formula I would have bought from one of the other companies offering it for cheaper and i certainly would not have bought 2. I know it was my responsibility to check all the terms and conditions but i also believe the company has a responsibility to show the correct image. I won't buy from this company again.

FALSE DESCRIPTION THESE ARE NOT BEADS

I bought these as I was wanting and expecting them to be 'beads' as in the discription. The discription is not accurate. They are not beads as they do not have holes for threading or stringing. The definition of a bead is:- 'A bead is a small, decorative object that is formed in a variety of shapes and sizes of a material such as stone, bone, shell, glass, plastic, wood or pearl and with a small hole for threading or stringing.beads'
