  BAD SELLER! AVOID! It took 3 weeks for the seller to send me the wrong, defective item. The seller knew they had sent the wrong item, but only told me after they had sent it. The seller's view was that I should be grateful for whatever I got. Don't think about collection in person, the seller will refuse. The seller can't understand the meaning of dates. I had to involve eBay to get a refund.

  The item's model number was a digit difference, it’s actually a newer model and the error was missed, there was no conspiracy to send the wrong item. The item was unfortunately purchased just before xmas when we were away, we have enabled 100's of collections with no problems. The customer's assertion that ebay had to be involved to do the refund is rubbish, what actually happened was we pushed the customer to raise the refund case so we could send more than the item cost to add return postage
