if only one could contact ebay customer service with ease, it is like dealing with a backstreet shark ducking and diving. The pure misery you cause by evading ease of contact for your customers. I wonder what kind of religious people run ebay because there is one group that enjoy causing misery to their fellow man. One just wonders what kind of people run ebay, because when we complain about the service we get you point us out as troublemakers. People don't complain unless they have a good reason and your customer service record speaks volumes about you. You need new management. A whole lot of new management. Dissatisfied

No tool tray in large box
there is no inside tray in the big box if u cut down like that where else have u cut back never heard of anything like that before so disappointed brian dale

Too foreign
90% of this is sung in Italian when she should have sung 90% in English a beautiful language that is the universal language of the planet. I have just dumped her but this is the problem when you buy on line, Brian alone again
