Information is power.
This book is easy to read and understand and very helpful and informative about the brain chemistry. I have recommended it to several people and they have found it helpful as well. We are all responsible for our own health and as Dr. Braverman points out, we often neglect the brain in dealing with illness. An imbalance in brain chemistry can cause a myriad of illness. Heal the brain, help the illness.

Sweet Book

It filled my heart with joy and laughter
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the best book I have ever read on Jesus Christ. The author has an easy reading writing style and uses a lot of imagery which i enjoy and also personal stories which helps me relate. Anyone interested in getting to know the person Jesus should read this book.
