Not super low, but just right for the bike I fitted them to.

Light and well made. Remember to check your bar ends will fit. Alloy uses a thicker wall than chrome steel bars.

What you won't learn to pass your bike test

My advice if your a road rider. Skip straight to twist of the wrist II. Best advice for safe paced riding available in a book. You'll need to practice what you learn, but the benefits will show.
