Varied features enables creative execise routines
Lightweight, non-bulky, accessable...enabling spontaneous usage throughout the day, in lieu of braving the elements for a daily walk. I am able to reduce tension in my neck and shoulder muscles while viewing TV; retone my calf muscles and flex my ankle/foot joints.
