Terrible. I ask if they could ship quickly as I need the part for my car. They responded saying they would do their best. The item was dispatched 6 days later. Some days after that I enquired about the delivery to which I was ignored. A day or two later I opened a not received case and they responded saying the courier had lost the parcel.
