  The delivery of the magazines was delayed due to the packaging being damaged in transit. The seller was very helpful in trying to sort out the problem and the magazines turned up in excellent condition albeit in a very battered box. Good luck with your claim with the courier!   This feedback is false. The buyer was immediately given the cancellation reason ("Out of stock or damaged"). I issued a full refund instantly on Sep 5. The 3-day delay for the money to appear is due to bank processing, which is beyond my control. The buyer's claims are baseless and violate eBay policy.
