It turns itself off every 15 min - Annoying
0 of 1 found this helpful This is a very nice Home theater but it has the Auto turn off feature that you can't modify. By design, this soundbar will turn-off every 15 min if no signal is received. It happens at low volume so you have to change volume every 14 min. I don't understand that specific characteristic in a device that is made, originally, for watching movies that last more than 15 minutes.
It is frustrating that you can't do anything to fix it. I checked the Sony portal, they explain exactly what i'm saying here and they say there is no solution for this since this is not considered a malfunction. Kudos to Sony engineers, what a "nice" feature!!
