  The purse was not packaged right and it arrived with the handle broken into five pieces I was offered a 12.50 refund on an item that I can't sell. The dealer then insulted me with telling me that it was not going to refund my money because she wrapped the handle in bubble wrap and marked it fragile. Well I have a purse that I will not sell and she doesn't know how to package items properly .
