  I was charged an additional cost to retrieve the package from the post office, I immediately contacted the seller and provided proof. They then asked me to provide details to refund the money outside of ebay and I advised they can complete a partial refund through ebay directly. They then became non responsive after reaching out numerous times over a 7 day period and have shown no additional accountability to resolve an issue they caused.
