Bearmach Defender Puma Bonnet Chequer Plate Kit
Kit arrived very well packed and complete with closed cell foam to protect body work . All fastenings required were also included , although specific fitting instructions were not included.
The 3 panels fitted onto the Defender bonnet very well with exceptional contour fit and no gaps.
Using soft grips to hold panel in location allowed holes to be drilled and panel to be bolted to the bonnet . Drilling one hole at a time allowed correction of fit during the initial bolting.
In total it took about 2 hours to drill and bolt up all 3 panels.
After fitting bonnet is considerable heavier and needs two people to re fit . Bonnet closed and locked down as previously but release of the bonnet catch does not pop the bonnet due to the additional weight but opening the bonnet is not impaired.
Plate is 3mm thick and powder coating is really good quality
I have had on my defender for about 3 weeks now and no issues .
Looks great when paired with wing top plates as well .

Brilliant Spacers
Fitted the Spacers on Saturday .Fit was excellent and dished nuts supplied worked perfectly
I was really impressed with them
These are light weight , very well made , great anodizing and come complete with a proper set of dished wheel nuts to mount them with.
They also have the machined lug to set the wheel on
For the money they are excellent value and I was delighted with them
