OEM is better

It's fine but as usual, can be very difficult to undo - even with a PTFE washer. But! I would not recommend the cheaper, widely available, aftermarket alternative. I bought one and it quickly broke, detaching the spinning blade, which was entertaining. The metal at the break was clearly pitted.
