The communication was brilliant, as there was a slight hiccup with the postage whereby neighbouring business received it and sent it back - however, seller did everything possible to get it to me before christmas and did so whilst updating me every step!     The service was absolutely amazing, they sent the stone tracked 24 but the postage was late RM fault not sellers. So the seller sent the package again new stones and overnight & said to keep the others when they showed up!!!
