Communication was had from the beginning right up until delivery, even in the form of a handwritten letter; which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The courier was just as wonderful and helpful; careful, too. The packaging for such a fragile item was thoughtful and robust. The mirror is truly beautiful, being just as shown and described.     Very good communication from the Seller who promptly gave me further information about the shelf unit when requested. Something happened to the parcel during transit and the unit unfortunately arrived broken; t's a shame but this occasionally happens and at least the purchase and postage price was immediately refunded. This is obviously a Seller to be trusted.
