  The item was posted promptly.We did not receive item because of Hermes screwing up their delivery but the seller has been nothing but gracious and helpful, issuing a refund quickly, even though the error was nothing to do with them. Hermes could do with following this seller's example on efficiency and customer service.

  Won for the start price (£5) and paid immediately. Without contacting me or explaining seller refunded and relisted the item. I suggested she hadn’t been happy to sell at start price and she comes up with a C&B story about how she was doing a random act of kindness & it had relisted automatically but she’d take it down and give to someone appreciative ��She didn’t & listing then won for £8.50. Within minutes she’d relisted again! Hadn’t auto relisted as she’d reduced postage this time. Reported
