3 of 6 found this helpful First, as soon as i used it a screw fell out that held the phone where i wanted it. Second, it was too small for my phone (i have the iphone 8 plus). Theres a button that gets triggered when yoh place your phone into the holder causing the sides to clamp to my phone. It never did this with my phone Finally, once i was able to squeeze my phone into it, it was too heavy and the suction gave out causing it to fall.
