Much too dark! not exactly grey, sorry!
Although it stated Satin Grey, it came across much... 'too dark' as a colour.
I had hoped 'Grey' meant grey!
Apart from that, it's ok.

Great player....just not EVERY disc!

Unfortunately it will NOT play certain BLU-RAY discs.
The discs in question are the DUAL-FORMAT discs...which feature one on DVD, and the other
on BLU-RAY.
Certain feature films come with DUAL-FORMAT (i.e. 2 films in one package)
The player will NOT play the BLU-RAY discs....only the DVD ones.
It is rather mis-leading, as the player SHOULD be able to play ALL REGIONS as stated.
Keep this in mind, if you are willing to purchase.
