Rise-n-Shine cloth... :)
Superb cloth, just like the one I've had that's about 100 1/2 years old and torn to pieces, but still works like the day I bought it. The new Rouge Cloth is actually much better than some cheaper non-rouge ones i've used over the years as it's not coarse and doesn't leave mini-scratches on gold and silver, but actually shines it. Highly recommend it.

Love it, love it, love it!!!
Quite a few years ago I lost a very similar (but no brand name) knife and ever since I've been desperately trying to find something even remotely similar to it, but couldn't. It's been a fruitless attempt as it appeared to me that the knife simply didn't exist. Even its shape seemed was one of a kind.
By some lucky chance I've come across this beauty here on e-Bay, and the more I studied about it and looked at its photos, the more I realized how close to "my knife" this one was.
I ordered it and couldn't be happier with it: super-sharp, holds the "edge"/ doesn't dull, extremely comfortable, light, has great balance and overall feels just right in the hand.
Since I got it, I now rarely use any other knife.
Now, even the softest tomatoes are a pleasure to cut as any other fruits and veggies: you virtually don't have to move your hand back and forth to cut food - just push it down and you're done..
My only wish is that its blade was just a tad thinner, as I like my knives to be a bit more on a flexible side - but that's me and you might find it to be just right.
So, if you get it, you won't be disappointed. I just ordered my second one to give it as a gift.
