Brilliant product- Im terrified of spiders and this is great. You press the trigger and the bottom opens.You position over the -beast- and it closes and traps it when you let the trigger go.You can then put it safely outside and the spider has no ill effects.I have also used this on a bee and also a butterfly .They are all well and happily released.

excellent book.Has information on numerous foods-fruits ,vegetable,grains etc.Gives nutritional information and the benefits of them.very interesting .some items I have never even heard of.Some good recipes to try.Costs not much more than a coffee and a cake and must be far more beneficial.I can definitely recommend it if you want to improve your knowledge and health.
