A Hobby craft un made plastic kit of a French Curtiss hawk 75, boxed
    16 Nov, 2016
Hobby Craft French WW2 Curtiss Hawk 75, Scale 1:48.
Model consists of light grey injection moulded parts, which are clear of flash and distortion. Surface detail is clear and crisp but not overdone. Some cockpit and wheel well detail. Clear moulded canopy parts with no bubbles (my kit anyway) and a choice of French WW2 cockade decals. Box is sufficient (Mine arrived in good condition, but was also well packaged) and instruction sheet fit for purpose. All in all a very good model and a pleasure to make straight from the box.
Tamiya Model Kit - Dewoitine D.520 French Aces with Staff Car - 1/48 - 61109

    Dewoitine D.520
Although an 'older' Tamiya 1/48 scale aircraft model the Dewoitine still holds its own. It consists of light grey plastic parts which fit together really well with no flash. The decals are also good and illustrate different alternatives. An unusual subject.
    Tamiya 1/35 British Universal Bren Carrier Mk.II # 35175
    26 Feb, 2020
    Tamiya 1/35 scale Universal Carrier
Well moulded soft plastic model made by Tamiya in 1/35 scale. It has been updated over the years with new figure sprues but model remains the same as when it was first cast in 1976. Now uses green plastic rather than the desert sand of the original 1976 model. I actually obtained the model to convert to another carrier type used by the BEF in 1940. Reasonably priced and still builds into a presentable model kit.
