  The seller was efficient in dispatching the item which was well-packaged. I haven't used the keyboard yet because there was extensive internal damage caused by some kind of accident in its history. This didn't occur in transit as there was a corner piece of plastic missing, broken off after a heavy impact, and several spacers and lugs were broken off the casing internally. I think this should not affect the ultimate functionality of the equipment after repairs have been carried out.
