Ringing the changes
Hozelock accessories are excellent, but become useless when their o rings eventually perish. Renovate and recycle your redundant old connectors with these o rings for a fraction of the price of replacement new parts. Also, very much cheaper than Hozelock's own packs of washers.

So far so good
I am using these to power flashes for DSLR cameras. They are working well although in fairness the real issue is their long-term performance, which isn't going to be evident until they have been in use for several hundred charge/discharge cycles. I shall update this review if any issues should arise in the future. Note: although I would regard this as a minor issue, despite being described as 'pre-charged', it took a few hours in a slow charger (the best kind) before they came up to full voltage.
