So unclean that it's a hazard to health.

I expected to have to clean the keyboard but not to the extent that was actually required. It was utterly disgusting and one should be ashamed to send a product (even a used product) out to a customer like that. I had take the keyboard apart entirely and clean every individual key, soaking the keys and base in grease remover. Hair, crisps, and god knows what else came out.
