Didn't do it for me, sorry.............
2 of 2 found this helpful Unfortunately, this book wasn't what I was after. After losing my hubby last year, also a sudden death, I was hoping to gain some insight into how this lady coped (and looked to the future).
However it was an uncomfortable read (well I never finished the book). There was far too much emphasis on how your friends, family etc get it wrong, eg, saying the wrong things, avoidance, tactlessness etc. Yes, those of us who have been bereaved can identify with that, but it's as you would expect, people just don't know what to say to you!!
Megan spent far too much time over analysing her sad situation, and then adding in written exercises for the readers. Now maybe somebody else might find this approach helpful, this is just my opinion, sorry..................

Tough but manageable
It was hard in some parts, but as it's only 35 mins duration, it's manageable.
I like Billy and Shelly's enthusiasm, it's catching and inspiring.
