Mixes better than Ideal Protein version
I like this better than the Idea Protein version- it mixes much easier- tastes the same, slightly more orange in color. Better product! You still get 15 grams of protein (not the full 20) some potassium, and the dietary fiber offsets the 3 grams of carbs-- for less money. I loved this mix on Ideal Protein Diet but after the diet continued to use this as a regular breakfast or late night cure for munchies. I've always disliked the cost- but this is a better mixing product and makes it more affordable to keep using after the Ideal Protein program.
