Wonderful book
Based on his own experience and backed up by research this is a great way to see the problems and how to tackle them using mindfulness. Other books perhaps needed to help with a daily programme and answer some other questions but this is a really good compelling read.

Not much to it. It’s a covering
It covers floor with a thin layer of fabric slightly cushioned but it’s all you can expect for £30
Quality looks average but I haven’t really Road tested it.
It looks like a very very thin version of Flotex carpet for kitchens which would be a lot stronger but I assume twice the price.
