Best probiotic
1 of 1 found this helpful I have tried lot's of probiotics over last few years and this is the best so far. I believe I suffer
from mild IBS, although this has not been diagnosed by a doctor. Probiotics definitely help and I
used the Optibac everyday capsules {5 billion} for a few months which were quite good. Thought I would give the Extra strength ones a try and they suit me much better. I do think
they are rather expensive but wouldn't be without them.
