I’d been looking for this for years!
These very deep flip-top cases are very hard to find and I’d looked and looked and looked for one, so I was thrilled to come across this. It’s the best possible case for my glasses. Came quickly, too!

Peter Spier is a treasure
You may know the text of a Peter Spier book before you open the cover. Or, in some cases, there is no text. And no need for any. Spier’s illustrations can tell a story by themselves. When they are accompanied by words, his drawings illuminate the text, giving it context, breadth, engaging multiple senses and breathing new life into the words as you read (or as they are read to you.) The book I purchased was beautiful and will be a Christmas gift for my neighbor. In fact it is so beautiful, I’m considering looking for another one to give to my grandson. I would love to own every book Peter Spier has illustrated.

Almost Perfect
These pants are terrific, they feel great and look great, they are true to size, and very comfortable. They have just one flaw. The pockets are tiny, accommodating only your fingers to the last knuckle. You can’t put your whole hand in, and you certainly certainly can’t put your phone in them. You probably can’t even carry a wallet in them. I bought the pants assuming they could accommodate my phone, assuming the pockets were normal size. But I sew, and I’m considering extending the pockets to make them more accommodating. But I thought other buyers might want to know about this. Other than pockets, though, these pants are amazing!
