I won a pair of jeans In an auction, fair &square. The jeans were listed as “brand new hardly worn.” As soon as I won the item I paid The seller contacted me & said “don’t pay” I wanted to get a lot more money for these jeans&then told eBay, or should I say totally lied &said the jeans “were faulty &damaged, when they’d been listed as brand new.” If the seller wanted a certain price for the item she should have started the listing at said amount. They have therefore violated the t&c’s
