Great company
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased a used Fitbit from this company when I got it it was not working correctly. I immediately contacted them and they were very courteous and willing to make it right. However I took the extra step an contact Customer support and resolved the common issue an got it fixed. So I will be keeping the fitbit. I was very pleased how courteous this company was at trying to fix the issue.
