AVOID they sent me the complete wrong colour, I contacted them with photo proof to ask them to send out the right colour and they gave TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, expecting me to return the item first even though it was THEIR MISTAKE and I had ordered correctly. Then, when I said I would be expressing my feelings, they threatened to report me to eBay, saying it was against eBay’s rules to “threaten to leave negative feedback” even though I had simply said I was going to express my true thoughts.

If there is any human error, " return for refund or exchange" is eBay essential policy, especially we are paying for the return postage. However, you have demanded immediate refund without returning, and threatening a negative feedback if we arrange the return. We would appreciate that you could behave like majority customers and follow eBay essential policies. Thanks.
