Looks great, works flawlessly and a low price
Very impressed with this controller. The case is plastic but I wanted that as I am using it mounted on the inside of a window and the plastic case allows the RFID reader to comfortably read cards and fob trough the double glazing saving me having to wire in an external reader. Despite plastic case, it looks and feels really smart. Illuminated number are bright. Programming was very simple and the unit seems very full featured including the ability to connect an external RFID reader via Wiegand interface.

Great quality. Heavy duty. Lacking back box option.
I have no complaints with this product itself. It is just what I wanted and so much more rugged and smart looking than the white plastic door release buttons.
The narrow form factor was perfect for me where I had to mount it on a narrow door frame. The only thing that is a shame is how hard I found it to get a suitable box to mount it in as in my case I could not recess it. The wider version fits a standard 1 gang back box but I could find nothing to mount this in that was the right size. Either supplying it with a back box or making one available as an option would be helpful.

Amazing value. Quality product but poor instructions and was missing washers. .
The materials and workmanship on this are amazing for the low price. It’s working great not. It’s only let down by poor instructions which mean you have to work out stuff for yourself. Tip: You have to take off the two front faceplate screws to be able to access and undo the front two hex bolts with the Allen key. These hold the lock to the mounting plate.
The kit was also missing metal washers that the instructions said should be there.
The end result is great but the journey was harder than it should have been.
