A different world.
Having used a Marshall Valvestate 8080 for the last 20 years or so (great amp, don't get me wrong) I finally managed to afford the step up to my dream amp the Roland JC 120. What a difference! Unbelievable. This won't be to a hard rocker's taste I'm sure but for the sounds I want (old school 80's goth) it's the absolute pinnacle. Clarity and Presence. A really clean amp and let the effects pedals do the rest. Great onboard Chorus/Vibrato and Reverb. Couldn't be happier.
