Not very good.
I ordered this as a replacement for a Hobbyco starter since Hobbico inserts are no longer available. I had to shave it down a little to fit and then the first time I tried it quite a bit of rubber burned off in little pieces, and yet it seems to be a harder material than Hobbyco.

Watch the temperature control
I have used this brand of sealing iron for many years. I did not rate it 5 star for only one reason. The temperature control is very easily changed and so you need to pay attention that is doesn't get too hot. Otherwise it works fine.
