Great value.
Simple, reliable, well made, and a great deal. Does exactly what it says on the box. A must for macro shooting.

Budget macro essential
2 of 2 found this helpful If you want to take impressive super-macro pictures but don't have several hundred bucks for a macro lens burning a hole in your pocket, buy these extension tubes. Unlike cheaper tubes, lacking the electronic connection between lens and camera, this set allows you to retain the full functionality of your lens. The attached picture was taken with nothing more than a $100 50mm prime lens on an entry-level DSLR, with all three sections of the Mcoplus in between.
The tubes are plastic, but feel solid enough, especially for use in a controlled indoor setting. There are no glass elements in extension tubes, explaining the very reasonable price. I would buy this again in a heartbeat and am happy to give it a solid "A".

Basic, affordable, filter protection
I have been really happy with all the accessories these guys make. Functional, affordable, and the best customer service in the business. The filter holder is nicely padded but I wonder if a small, thick filter, say a 49mm polarizer, could rub or or even crack a much larger, thinner filter in a facing sleeve. It's my only issue and it wouldn't put me off buying another.
