Great additional birthday present for 6 year old
I got this to add to the Mia Vet clinic, purchased from Toys R us at the usual high price, to extend and make the birthday present more fun.
Successful purchase as amused both 6 year-old and 4 year old brother.

Spooky 'daylight' light
Although this product functions OK the dimming facility is very disappointing compared to our old halogen uplighter. The gradations are over a comparatively short range and when it is at full power it is still not as good as a halogen bulb for reading.
More importantly the so-called 'daylight white light' only approaches 'daylight' on maximum setting and even then it is definitely not white, more like a spooky grey/blue.
The seller has suggested we purchase another bulb from them which gives a 'yellow glow'. With VAT and postage this amounts to another £16+, thus making he lamp less of a good buy. And of course there's no guarantee that the 'yellow glow' will be as expected. And this bulb, an E2C 3000k, is only available from 'Green Lamp' Catch 22?
