Nostalgia based purchase
Purchased this game for nostalgia/sentimental value since I had this game when I was younger. The game plays as expected from a game of its time. Everyone will have an opinion of the game of course but of course it will only play like a game boy game and not a Disk or cutting edge game. I am partial to this particular Capcom series and would recommend to those seeking that older “Pokémon” RPG-like atmosphere and battle oriented gameplay. Leveling and gameplay is smooth and grind based as you would expect from a game of this time. Travel and battle criteria upgraded from MBN3. The game is appreciated for what it is and enjoyed. It gets 5/5 for standing the test of time, gameplay, challenge, available online faqs/Q&A boards, and physical availability online once I was ready to make the purchase.
