Anger: Taming a Powerful Emotion, Chapman, Gary

Book stinks

Didn’t know I’d basically be reading the Bible. Was definitely looking for a different take on “anger” as well as something more philosophical and real- Not based on what God wanted and different Christian believes. The Bible is quoted more than actual doctors and experiences. I gave up a third of the way through it as my replacement book had arrived. Go for it if you are looking to incorporate god, otherwise run for the hills.
