    Absolutely shocking the seller said on her listing that the item was brand new, when the item arrived it came dirty and all scuffed which could not have happened during transit as I went back to the original listing as saw little scuffs which were very well hidden on the original listing pictures. Sent item back then seller started telling me that I didn’t send the full product back and tried to rip me off buy only offering me a partial refund!!

    Absolutely SHOCKED at this feedback . I apologised for not noticing the scuffs , the item was NOT dirty , and I offered choice of full refund or did he want to buy & keep contents . He ignored my messages , sent the Bag ONLY back and kept the contents !! He has been given a full refund but has NOT returned the contents of the wash bag . I have been a seller on eBay for almost 20years and NEVER received negative feedback . My sellers reputation is impeccable .
