The item was well packaged in a tough plastic shipping bag, and internally wrapped in a large-bubble wrap plastic. A minor impact was visible on one corner of the box. The item was as as described, a new "WD My Book AV-TV 2TB USB 3.0 Desktop External Hard Drive" except it was 1TB not 2TB, which I noticed when ordering, but was happy with the deal. The drive has not been used/tested yet, but as a new drive I am not expecting any issues.

Overall book in very good condition, although have knocked down one star as there is a tear on the top of the spine of the cover. I could not really see that on the photo, so not sure if this happened in transit. However the inside is not damaged and it's very good value for money compared to some other sellers on eBay.
