The item was well packaged in a tough plastic shipping bag, and internally wrapped in a large-bubble wrap plastic. A minor impact was visible on one corner of the box. The item was as as described, a new "WD My Book AV-TV 2TB USB 3.0 Desktop External Hard Drive" except it was 1TB not 2TB, which I noticed when ordering, but was happy with the deal. The drive has not been used/tested yet, but as a new drive I am not expecting any issues.

I also think the reasons the seller gave concerning the negative experience I had during my purchase are genuine. I have accepted the sellers apology and I think it’s better to retrieve my earlier negative feedback.
