    No option but to leave negative feedback. Item took forever to arrive. Ordered 4th Jan, item arrived on the 15th. Listing showed what cables were supposed to be included. When it arrived, the pcie cables were missing meaning I couldn't use the psu with a gpu. Full refund given however, I've had to post the item back at my own cost (£7.35) not happy.

    My first Negative FB, so I'm responding. First the buyer raised a non delivery dispute, which was closed by eBay as item was tracked & delivered. He then raised a 'not as described' dispute that triggered a full refund. I messaged asking why he didn't contact me if he thought a cable was missing, however he asked if he could keep the so called useless item? I said no, so he leaves Neg FB although he's fully refunded. A simple msg to me would have avoided this if this was a genuine complaint!
