Good Product

Good value but flawed

For the price it’s well made and good value. However, it’s self assembly and one part was missing. It is not resistance adjustable so it’s very difficult to maintain a tempo whilst increasing pull speed to generate greater resistance. I find it very hard to get my heart rate to a reasonable level. The range of travel is slightly limiting (I am 5’10”) and I can easily hit both end stops with a full pull - and I’m it a rower.
